This recipe is so simple it should almost be illegal to call it a recipe. This is such a game changer when trying to impress for brunch or meal prepping for the week . You can honestly switch it up to whatever fruit you want, and buy granola from the store. We’re not reinventing the wheel here, just making life easy and reminding you that yogurt parfaits are still a thing and a LIFESAVER.

Makes 2 parfaits


The Goods:

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt

  • 2 mangos, diced

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1 cup granola of choice

The Method:

  1. Grab two jars. Fill the bottom half with coconut yogurt.

  2. Layer the rest of the jars with mango, pineapple, granola, coconut flakes and hemp seeds.

  3. Yep, that’s it!
