  • Absolutely! You will just start Day 1 of your cycle on the first day of the full moon. This way of eating can help you get your period back and has the possibility help you connect to your body no matter what has happened in the past.

  • Yes! The entire challenge is gluten free and plant based. If you have any other allergies just ask us in the community forum and we have simple and accessible swaps for everything!

  • Yes! These recipes are designed with women (and people with periods) in mind, but are epic and nourishing for the whole family!
