Flourless Chocolate Protein Brownies

These vegan flourless chocolate brownies are so yummy and delicious that you’ll forget how healthy they really are! A high protein sweet snack that’s perfect for any occasion and are super simple, easy, and quick to make. Plus these are dairy free, gluten free, and guilt free too!

Makes 9x9 tray of brownies

The Goods:

  • 1 large banana, peeled

  • 1/2 cup Big Tree Farms coconut sugar 

  • 1/4 cup date syrup

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips 

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 chia egg

The Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Simply, toss all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

  3. Line a 9x9 baking tray with parchment paper, pour batter evenly into baking tray.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy with homemade oat milk or plant milk of choice

  5. Store covered in the refrigerator, will last about a week.
