In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to forget to nurture our own well-being. Well, this year we are changing the narrative and are ACTUALLY implementing a meal prep plan into our schedule. We will be planning out our weekly meals and setting ourselves up for success, especially on the busy days when we need it most!

I use the word meal prep loosely because it’s very different for each household. For Steve and I, our weekly meal prep are easy grab-&-go breakfasts, pre-made dressings for salads, and maybe some grains like rice or quinoa. It’s a simple way to stay on top of our nutritional goals all while staying happy, focused, and satisfied all day long.
