The Goods:

  • 1 cup hemp seeds

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped

  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp granulated onion

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

The Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except dill, parsley and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

  2. Pulse the dill and parsley into ranch 4-6 times. Store in a airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days

  3. Enjoy with your favorite fries, sandwiches, wraps, or bowls!
