Country BBQ Home Fries

Some recipes really hit close to my heart and this one especially is up there. Growing up, one of my favorite side dishes were home fries. Hypothetically, if I had to choose only one way eat potatoes for the rest of my life, it would be in home fries form. I love the texture of these, it’s a prefect blend of crunchy, crispy, light, and fluffy all at the same time.

I’m also totally addicted to the kettle BBQ crinkle cut potato chips, so this amazing recipe is a perfect mix of both country BBQ and home fries. The ultimate summer recipe with no deep frier needed. It’s a great side dish recipe that is super easy, simple, and exploding with flavor. Dairy free, gluten free, and budget friendly. A clean and wholesome snack that will be hard to break away from once you dive in.

Pair it with your favorite dipping sauce or next to your vegan burger, or maybe even stuff a few inside your next burrito! Enjoy!
