Spicy Cilantro Crema

How does the saying go? “I put that sh*t on everything!” Well this recipe is pretty much that in a nut shell. Take a moment because this is your chance to save this recipe, because you’ll want to have this on hand in your fridge at all times. My husband loves this sauce so much that we go through it within a day or two, so we usually double the recipe to squeeze a few extra days out of it.

But, if you are like normal people, this one batch should last in your fridge for about 4-6 days, and is the perfect condiment for almost about everything. You can use it in wraps, burgers, sandwiches, fries, on roasted or raw veggies, and of course tacos!

This sauce is:

  • nut free

  • dairy free

  • refined sugar free

  • vegan

  • high in protein.

  • simple & easy

Bai’s Tip: Store this sauce in a silicone squeeze bottle in the fridge to have easy access anytime you need this in your life!
