Ive been there…

Not long ago, I was told that I would never live a life without chronic pain, inflammation and countless surgeries. I was told that my body was attacking itself and there was nothing I could do for my endometriosis and degenerative disc disorder.

I was bouncing from endless doctors offices while feeling powerless and suffering on a day to day basis. I was uninspired and so tired of hearing that I have no control over my own body!

As a professional chef, nothing was more defeating than being completely out of control of my health and having no energy to work or let alone live a normal life.

… so I decided to take matters into my own hands.


I used my skills as a chef to become my own healer and voice for others.

Through professional integrative nutrition education and hundreds of hours of personal research, I realized that my answer was much closer to me than I had thought - I needed to heal holistically, with a plant based diet as my foundation. Food was the thing that was making me the most sick and was also the answer to healing!

Can you guess what happened next?? My entire life changed. Eventually while working with my doctors, I got off all meds, I started to cook professionally again and I began to enjoy and find so much pleasure out of life.

Over the last decade I have worked with hundreds of individuals here in California and all over the world looking to heal their bodies and reconnect with whole foods. The one thing that will differentiate your healing from others? The ability to connect to food through shopping, cooking and sharing meals.

Focusing on improving your diet and your relationship to food is scientifically proven to dramatically decrease your chances of needing medical care and will help support your healing if you are currently receiving medical care.

Q: How much time weekly will I be spending on this program?

A: The Remedy is designed for you to go at your own pace. Some modules are more lengthy than others, and it’s up to you to decide to make every recipe or practice different skills learned as much as you need. You will get a new module every week making the fastest time to go through every lesson two months with about 3-5 hours per week depending on your current skill level.

Q: Is the food and equipment cost expensive?

A: Again, this will depend on your current situation. If you have a completely stocked kitchen with spices, dry goods and cooking equipment, the initial cost will be much less. This lifestyle is designed to show you how to eat seasonally and simplistically with home cooked meals. In general I find that you will be spending much less overall than if you are ordering out, eating take out, eating meat or stocking your fridge without a plan.

Q: What level of commitment will this need from me to be successful?

A: In order to feel the full transition and benefits from everything this program has to offer, I would recommend that your goal at the end of it is to be 100% plant-based. With that, your level of commitment should be to give it your all. To watch every video, practice the skills, fill out the worksheets, watch the recommended documentaries and make the recipes! It’s designed to immerse you into a lifestyle that can truly change your life and in order for that to happen you have to be in it to win it.
