This guacamole recipe is simple to make, healthy, and a sure crowd favorite!

The Goods:

5 Ripe Avocados
1 tsp. chopped garlic
2 limes - juiced
1 medium red onion- peeled and diced
1 large heirloom tomato- washed and diced
1 jalapeno - seeded, and diced (optional)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbl. chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt

The Method:

Core and remove the avocado from the shell.  Place in bowl and mash with two forks until you reach a desired consistency.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.  Add extra salt to taste! Serve with chips or on top of tacos.
