Pineapple-Spinach Smoothie


This recipe yields one massive 22 oz. smoothie….A perfect on the go breakfast!

The Goods:

1 cup chopped frozen pineapple

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 hand fulls baby spinach

12 oz. coconut water

1 tsp. local honey (for extra sweetness and seasonal allergy prevention)

4 Tbl. Hemp protein OR 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder

2 tsp. black chia seeds


The Method:

Toss all ingredients in a Vitamix or a Ninja and blend for about 30 seconds. Add more or less coconut water for desired thickness.  Pour into a glass or a bowl and top with granola if desired!
