Ever find yourself daydreaming of greens? Sounds ridiculous, but I for sure do. They make me feel alive, clear headed, and like I’m doing something really good for my body. Leafy greens are packed with essential vitamins and nutrients to help yourself not only survive in this world but fully thrive.
I love the super greens powder from KOS naturals. Its basically a green smoothie in a scoop - add to smoothies or just mix with water to get a whole heap of essential vitamins and nutrients. Kos says it best..

Makes 2 smoothies
1 cup broccoli sprouts
1 scoop vanilla kos protein powder
3 stalks celery
8 oz coconut water
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 scoop KOS vanilla protein powder
1 cup spinach
1 1/2 scoop KOS greens blend
1 scoop KOS spirulina
Add everything to a blender and blend well.
To create the layer look, blend everything but the spinach, greens bland and spirulina.
Pour some out into two jars and blend in the spinach and greens blend.
Pour some of that mixture out on top of the first layer.
Add in spirulina to the rest of the smoothie in the blender and blend. Pour on top and top with whatever toppings you want!
