Just full a mason jar with cashews and pour filtered water over it the night before you want to make it.

This milk is easier than a smoothie, a salad dressing, milking a cow, or doing your dishes. 5 simple ingredients and a blender is all you need to milk bliss. Add some cocao powder to make this baddie chocolate.

Makes 1/2 gallon.


The Goods:

  • 2 cups cashews, soaked 4-6 hours or overnight

  • 2 quarts filtered water

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

The Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend for 2 minutes.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!

  3. Enjoy with lattes, granola, cookies, or by itself!
