These are a great snack. Perfect for anytime of the day and will especially give you an amazing afternoon pickup!

The goods:

  • 15 oz dark chocolate 
  • 2 Tbl coconut oil 
  • 2 Tbl maca root powder
     

The toppings:

  • goji berries 
  • pumpkin seeds 
  • chia seeds 
  • coconut flakes 

 

The Method: 

Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a sauce pan over low heat.  Stir constantly.  Once chocolate is melted immediately remove from heat.   Pour even amounts of chocolate in lined muffin tins.  Top with small amounts of desired toppings.  Refrigerate for 30+ minutes.  Store in refrigerator or freezer.
